With the Koi pond to the south and apple orchard to the north this offers you a quiet, luminous space. Cook your own puttanesca for something Italian or huevos rancheros made with the farms own fresh ranch eggs, then borrow a book from the library or take a hike up Timber Canyon to the springs. Well-fed and robust, this is an ideal setting for both being active or simply relaxing and taking it all in.
The Writers Cabin is the east duplex of a former dairy barn and has a 500 sq ft studio room, a kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is a full bed, fold out sofa that sleeps 2, and a wood fire stove. To the north is a small enclosed yard with a view of an apple orchard and to the south a small fish pond.
Nightly rates depend on the season. $10 extra pp.

Reserve this Cabin
The cabin was very quaint and comfortable with a beautiful, scenic backdrop. There is one bed that sleeps 2 and a futon that sleeps 1. There is a shower with seemingly unlimited hot water, even in the winter! The host even brought us a dozen fresh eggs from their chickens! I would strongly recommend this cabin for a couple or a few friends trying to get away and have some quiet time. Also less than an hour from Taos Ski Valley!
